It's hard to believe how much my physique, my life, and my health have changed. I went from being out of shape to being kind of fit, but working out too much and sacrificing the foods that I love. To be 43 and the strongest and fittest I have ever been, while still enjoying the foods that I love. I truly feel free and empowered by exercise! While everyone else is program jumping and killing themselves with unnecessary fitness programs, I'm enjoying exercise, constantly progressing, and living a happier life because of it.
