I have been a personal trainer for 10 years, fitness and nutrition is my passion.

I BELIEVE THAT ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO WORK HARD TO TRANSFORM THEIR PHYSIQUE AND CREATE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE FOR THEMSELVES, SHOULD HAVE THE TOOLS TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.

That's why I created the Fusion Training Method. An in-depth program that takes you step-by-step through the entire process. 

I was my first client.

I lost 60 pounds of fat and built a lean and strong physique, using this exact METHOD.

It's hard to believe how much my physique, my life, and my health has changed. I went from being out of shape to being kind of fit, but working out too much and sacrificing the foods that I love. To being 41 and the strongest and fittest I have ever been, while still enjoying the foods that I love. I truly feel free and empowered by exercise! While everyone else is program jumping and killing themselves with unnecessary fitness programs, I'm enjoying exercise, constantly progressing, and living a happier life because of it.

My goal is to create a healthy, effective, and sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition. Something I have done for myself and my clients.
