Hi! I'm Will.

I have been a personal trainer for 13 years, and fitness and nutrition is my passion.

It is my mission to help people like you, people who love to exercise but are stuck and not getting the results they deserve.

Fusion Training Method is a sustainable exercise and nutrition program that frees you from the constant cardio, fitness trends and crash diets.

I BELIEVE THAT ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO WORK HARD TO TRANSFORM THEIR PHYSIQUE AND CREATE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE FOR THEMSELVES SHOULD HAVE THE TOOLS TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. This is why Fusion Training Method was created.

 

I was my first client.

I lost 60 pounds of fat and built a lean and strong physique, using this exact METHOD.

It's hard to believe how much my physique, my life, and my health have changed. I went from being out of shape to being kind of fit, but working out too much and sacrificing the foods that I love. To be 43 and the strongest and fittest I have ever been, while still enjoying the foods that I love. I truly feel free and empowered by exercise! While everyone else is program jumping and killing themselves with unnecessary fitness programs, I'm enjoying exercise, constantly progressing, and living a happier life because of it.

My goal is to create a healthy, effective, and sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition. Something I have done for myself and my clients.
